Meeting called to order at 7:05 pm by Rachel Giberson
Venturing Oath recited by Kenneth Scheffer followed by all
members
Roll taken 10 present; 6 absent
Rachel Giberson discussed Winter Camp along with Mrs.
Dawn Giberson.
Discussed what to bring, what going on at camp. Don’t bring
electronics. (leaving at 8:00 am on Tues Dec 26th; returning around 1:
00pm on Dec 31st)
Rachel Giberson discussed January events:
Pinewood derby – Jan 19-21
We sell popcorn, pizza, nachos, cokes, water (this is an annual
fund raiser)
Located at I-10 Eastside Honda fairgrounds
Discussed family drop off for the Walters family on December
23rd – by Robyn
On 2nd meeting in January we will have an informal meeting.
A birthday party for January will be held for January birthdays;
judging of Scrapbook page will be held.
Tiffany Hunt reminded all members about scrapbook page
competition which will be judged on second meeting of
January.
(Tiffany had handed out a paper explaining this was a part of her Arts and
Hobbies Bronze award. Ms Dawn suggested each member make a different
page and it could be added to the existing Crew scrapbook)
Rachel discussed Religious Emblem will start after the
meeting tonight. (Mr. Eric will be teaching the classes – open to all crew
member)
Tiffany made motion to adjourn the meeting; Kenneth
seconded it.
Meeting adjourned at 7:28 pm.
